| Description | Audio clip from a June 2003 scene at the doors of 277 Front Street in Toronto, where CSIS resides. Protesters including Matthew Behrens and Mrs. Jaballah try to deliver the Canadian Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms without success. The Charter is blatantly shoved aside in cases involving "security certificates." It was eventually left at the feet of the "security" forces. Even children at the protest who needed to use the washroom were refused entrance to the CSIS building. "This is a secure facility." was the excuse. |
