December 10, 2025 - ironically International Human Rights Day - will mark 23 years since Mohamed Harkat was arrested and put under a security certificate despite never having been charged, let alone convicted of any crime.

For Mr. Harkat, it's been more than two decades of fighting deportation to torture, harassment and intrusive surveillance, arbitrary detention, solitary confinement, secret trials, PTSD: enough is enough!

We call for justice for Moe Harkat now!
